1. Service Overview

BLLimousines provides limousine and luxury vehicle rental services, including online quotes and reservations through this Website.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by BLLimousines.
2. Reservations and Payment

A valid credit card is required to process all reservations. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the reservation process

Overtime charges, tolls, parking fees, and additional services will be billed as incurred. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments

All rates are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided at any time

No-shows or failure to use the reserved service will result in full charges.
4. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

The client must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract

The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s stated capacity
-
Smoking, illegal drug use, and underage alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles
-
Hanging out of windows or sunroofs is not permitted. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests, including excessive cleaning fees, repairs, or replacement costs
5. Liability and Indemnification

BLLimousines will make every effort to provide a safe, well-maintained vehicle and a professional driver. However, the company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances

The client agrees to hold BLLimousines and its drivers harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence

The client agrees to indemnify BLLimousines for any costs, fees, or damages resulting from their breach of these terms or misuse of the service
6. Changes to Reservations

Any changes to the original reservation, including additional stops, changes in destination, or increased duration, may result in additional charges

Reductions in service time or passenger count do not entitle the client to a reduced rate
7. Vehicle Inspection and Substitution

Vehicles are inspected before and after each service. Clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to use and report any pre-existing damage

BLLimousines will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested vehicle model and color but does not guarantee exact matches. Substitutions may be made as necessary
8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where BLLimousines is based

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
9. Privacy

- By using the quote form on our website you consent to receive sms messages. We provide an easy way to stop receiving messages from BL Limousine after your consent by replying STOP. We will remove your number from our system and stop all SMS from our company to your registered phone number
