Pet Policy

1. Definition of Service Animal: A service animal refers to a dog or, in some cases, a miniature horse that is individually trained to perform tasks or work directly related to a person’s disability. 2. Notification: Passengers must inform BL Limousine about the presence of a service animal during the reservation process or at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to notify may result in the denial of transportation.

3. Verification: BL Limousine reserves the right to request verification of the service animal’s status. Acceptable forms of verification may include identification cards, written documentation from a qualified healthcare professional, or proof of current vaccination.

4. Control and Behavior: Passengers are responsible for the behavior and control of their service animals. The animal must be properly harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless such use interferes with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. The animal must remain under control and not pose a threat or disturbance to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.

5. Cleanliness and Damages: Passengers must ensure that the service animal does not soil or damage the vehicle. Any cleaning or repair costs resulting from the service animal’s actions will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.

6. Allergies and Sensitivities: Passengers with allergies or sensitivities to animals should notify BL Limousine in advance. Efforts will be made to accommodate such requests; however, BL Limousine cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Safety: In situations where a service animal poses a safety risk or disruption to the driver, other passengers, or the animal itself, BL Limousine reserves the right to refuse transportation. Such situations may include aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or situations where the size of the animal exceeds the available space.

8. Liability: Passengers assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by their service animal. BL Limousine shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the presence or actions of the service animal.

9. Accommodations for Other Passengers: BL Limousine will make reasonable efforts to accommodate passengers who may have concerns or allergies related to the presence of service animals. However, BL Limousine cannot guarantee a completely separate area for such passengers.

10. Compliance with Laws: Passengers and service animals must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those set forth by the ADA and other relevant authorities.

11. Amendments and Modifications: BL Limousine reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on BL Limousine website or providing notice to passengers. By booking a limo service and bringing a service animal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the denial of service or additional charges as deemed necessary by BL Limousine.
